"Tech actually knew his stuff, but felt rushed"
The tech actually seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing, but the setup felt kind of rushed and he didn’t really explain much along the way. Everything works fine though, so no major complaints.

"Decent job, but I expected a little more"
They did an okay job overall, and I appreciated not having to deal with the cleaning myself. But I did notice some dust and little bits left behind afterward, which was kind of annoying since I was hoping to come back to a cleaner space. Not a total disaster or anything, just not quite as spotless as I wanted.

"Nice to See Clear Pricing for Once"
I really appreciated that the prices on OC Mounts were clear right away. I didn’t have to dig around or keep clicking just to figure out what I’d actually be paying. What I saw was pretty much what I paid, which feels like it should be normal, right? Overall, it was a smooth experience and I was happy not to deal with any weird surprises at checkout.

"Umm, not very professional"
Umm, the service was disappointing. It just didn’t feel professional at all, and I left feeling like things could’ve been handled a lot better.

"Scheduling was literally such a hassle"
Trying to get something scheduled was a pain. I kept trying to find a time that worked, but the options were super limited and seemed to keep changing. I literally ended up waiting around for calls and still couldn’t get a clear time slot. Maybe their installs are great, but just getting on the calendar was way too frustrating for me...

"Poor communication and I lost trust"
I’m giving 1 star because the communication was really disappointing. I kept sending messages and waiting way too long just to get basic answers. Then when they finally did reply, it still didn’t really explain anything or make me feel better. It felt like I was the one constantly chasing them for updates. After that, I just didn’t trust the process anymore. Not a good experience at all.

"Still Waiting Past the Promised Date"
I was told it would arrive by a certain date, but it’s still not here and I haven’t received any update. I understand delays can happen, but a quick message or an apology would’ve gone a long way.
